Scammed by Ayy

Explanation of the trade: Sent him 15$ PP on the understanding my sig would be completed on 20th/21st May
How they scammed: Has not completed a service within the time i expect it to have been completed, I asked for a refund because I had now had a little moan at him I expected the sig to be much lower quality

Also to clarify, I did not remove him, he removed me.
I haven't gotten in contact with him to 'remind' him about 15$ because quite frankly I reminded him enough with the sig, and I think hes a scammer.


Edit; Paid after seeing scam report
Still disappointed it got to that stage for someone with his rep over 15$
