Does it have OE?

PS: Not a newcomer been here for a year or so just never bothered to figure out how to change the new comer status or haven't posted enough. Have dealt with Bigname, Sharky and koofal in the past with 1 transaction.

 

It does not come with OE I bought this account around summer 2012 with 20 other 6 digits. I sold and played on some of them but this account i made my main which I've been playing on it ever since.

When i bought the accounts they all were HL1 accounts from steam launch, they had no time played or steam profiles setup, so the chances of a recall are pretty low.( Not one of the 20 accounts i got were disabled or retrieved)

 

Then you should know that if the next user is locked/restricted, they will ask him what the original e-mail of the account is. And even if he has PoP from games you bought, he won't remove the restriction. They will also ask him to send last 4 digits of credit card and also full PayPal information if any of those two payment methods were used by you to buy games. Invoice ID is not enough. So be prepared to let the buyer know your personal info or don't sell.

 

Ill just refund if that happens and he can prove it I don't scam


Also I've had steam accounts and LOTS of them and never had them locked/restricted, People just need to be more careful with accounts that are not there's from the beginning.
