[WTB] 3/4 Digit + OE

What I am looking for in the account:

I am looking for a 3 Digit or 4 digit account preferably registered on the 11th September 2003, the account has to be clean of everything including trade bans.

Account needs to be Sythe verified and noted in another thread somewhere or in here from a Moderator.

The account can either be
A) An established profile with thousands of hours on multiple games preferably CS (Any version) and a high steam level with badges etc, However must never have played a single competitive game on CSGO.

or

B) A clean, blank account with HL1 or HL2 with OE and preferably PoP if possible. With clear name alias no just on steam cleared by spaces and alt codes but forever on sites suchas vacbanned and other alias checking websites. Preferably no ID url setup and optional is no community profile at all.

What I am looking for in the Seller:

Someone who is well established within Sythe with a good reputation and possibly a rep thread to view past transactions.

Someone who has experience in dealing with Sales of accounts and is not sketchy, accepts paypal and contacts by Skype.

I registered on Sythe last year and have made two transactions since via the website. I use to buy and sell accounts in 2011 however am now using this to acquire accounts I will personally use.
