Best thing to bot as a free player?

I've only just come back to RS07 and haven't played it since a few months after it was released so I'm still remembering everything. What is the best thing to bot in f2p? I currently have 8 bots running yew trees and have them all on "shifts" with 4 on 4 off alternating every few hours. Each bot cuts around 100 per hour meaning 40-50k profit per bot per hour, which frankly is quite bad. I tried a few mining bots on Iron but the accounts were all banned within the same day. Fishing lobsters will be no good as there is no nearby bank. What else is there?

How worth is it though? I can't imagine it's worth it to spend like £5+ on membership when I'm just going to be banned on the same day...

 

Ban rates depend on the type of bot you are willing to do. It also depends on how long you choose to bot for and if you decide to have any breaks in between botting.

 

Okay so if I wanted to do a fishing bot doing lobsters at catherby, 8-12 hours a day, how long do you think it would last?

 

I would suggest botting for less time than that or bot 4 hours, have an hour break inbetween and repeat until you reach the 8-12 hours total time online botted.

 

Really :S Whilst using TopBot I've had 4 bots running at any one time, 8 in total. 4 will be on whilst 4 will be off, and then I switch them approximately every 12 hours, and not one of them have been banned in almost a week, not using a VPN/VPS either.

 

If that works for you then feel free to continue.

Everyone has their own methods.
