yes it does because it destroys original value, also the names are ruined aswell. and the changing names 10 times was patched

 

You can always reset them useing sampicker again, since it's a new/fresh account with idle time and just one game it wouldn't have many achievments.

And about the names, if you change names 10 times and you go onto your profile and click on the little arrow next to your name to display past names, @sythe name would not display anymore. So it's not really ruined to be honest.

Anyway i'm just looking something like 60$ for that account, wich I think it's a cheap prize, since it has 800+ hours idle, csgo + full valve package wich is around 20$ any reseller website so I think it's an ok prize for an account wich could be a future main account in the right hands.
