Zerker/Veng/AGS pure - HELP needed!

Few questions:

Im getting 75 attack, veng, and AGS for my zerker pure. Since I'm new to all of these I need some tips/suggestions, much appreciated!

Also:
When is the best time to veng?
When pking, should I use fury etc and not skull or regular gear with skull and protect item for AGS? (Do people often refuse to fight non-skulled/high geared people even though theyre risking?)
Thirdly, dscim/def and then spec with AGS or just use AGS throughout fight?

Just some knowledge from previous pking, hope this helps.

Pre-venge before the fight, then aim to venge on their hit so it registers. This way if you manage to hit right after they have hit then you've got more chance of killing your opponent.

If you are non-skulling with a fury/saradomin sword then be sure to risk the same amount as your opponents. For example; taking cash or emblems which equal your opponents total risk.

Saradomin sword to Armadyl Godsword is the best combination however using the scimitar is just as beneficial.

Also, sara sword + AGS sounds sick! Do people do this? is this really a better option than d-scim/def? (More opinions would be very helpful!)

Also I tried AGS pking today - constantly hit high (40s+) but everyone kept safing : /. thats why I want to only use AGS for spec to catch them off gaurd; hence d-scim or sara sword is the question.
