got scammed once

not on here but on a private server i was kind of dumb considering the small amount of money it was and when i went to go and charge back it was from some random kid it said i cannot get a refund due to it being virtual money being traded. yet i see people being able to charge back at ease..just dont understand and was wondering if i could get enlightened in this situation.

 

Frankly we don't know if you're the criminal or victim, so this isn't something that people should give advice about. And I guess either way, other people will view this thread in the future with bad intentions as well.

 

Its all about how you present your case to PayPal.
I have never scammed anyone, nor chargebacked without reason, but I have always won my disputes, even the ones that would have been in favour of the scammer as per PayPal rules and standards.

Thats just the way it is. However, because the person above me is right, I will not publish details about these cases.

 

Are you even talking about disputes opened against you?For example, you sell gold and get "unauthorized transaction" chargeback.I am refering to Paypal in this case
