Reason For Report: Unethical and technical Ban Evasion

Www.Goldstop.net is known as a RS and RSPS Gold Selling site. This site has been out for less
than a month and is owned by the user "Bus369" on Sythe. Bus369 was banned from sythe a while ago
for many reasons, including DDoS threats and scamming. He has been banned multiple times from sythe
and has shown that he is not a person we want in our community.

"Bus369" is now using other sythe members to commence business through sythe. I believe this is
COMPLETELY unethical and a form of Ban Evasion. Seeing as Bus369 is currently BANNED on sythe
and is still commencing trades through sythe is absolutely ridiculous.

People know Ban Evasion as:
A user who was previously banned for breaking the Sythe Rules. The said user creates a new profile
to continue trading on sythe. The banned user is a threat to the community, which is why he is
banned and NOT allowed to be a part of the sythe community.

What Bus369 is doing is the exact same thing. He is using other profiles to commence trades
through sythe. This should NOT be allowed.

Www.Goldstop.net should not be allowed to do any advertising through sythe. They should not be allowed
to be associated with the website www.sythe.org in any way whatsoever.

I also request that this thread be left open to be debated by multiple sythe staff.
This is a serious issue in my eyes, and I don't want just one staff member to give their input
and close this thread.

To add in:

Bus369 has been known to scam in the past.
By allowing him to conduct business through other users on sythe is basically saying that even if you have scammed before, you can still conduct business here and make money off of advertising on sythe.

This is complete ban evasion. Except instead of making new profiles, he is using other sythe members to do it.

If a staff member adds Lalapo on skype, he will confirm that Bus took Lalapo's words out of context. Bus stole the domain name idea from Lalapo, which is an issue as well.

 

He's employing someone who is completely separate. We've gone through this before and where it's a business we can't just ban everyone who works for said business. DD is using his own name/rep for the running of said business on Sythe and if anything was to go wrong he'd be held liable.
