What is a Turboer?
A turbo is a program which attempts to claim something until it becomes available, in this case it is for gamertags, for instance if you would want to change your gamertag and you are afraid someone will take it you can put it on the turbo and you would not have that issue because the turbo would take the gamertag for you. I feel this is just an easy way for people to get scammed out of money. I can't see any situation where someone would want to use this.

The main reason being is most OG tags that exist are taken and if they're changed at all it's because they're traded or bought/sold.

I've never seen a situation where someone has gotten a gamertag stolen by someone else during a trade and I've traded plenty of OG and semi og gamertags. Not saying it doesn't happen, but seems very unlikely.
