    I'm looking for a user friendly, cheap vps that can easily run 1-3 bots. Does anyone have any suggestions/advice from experience?

    Buy a windows VPS if you want userfriendly. Otherwise you'll need to learn a bit about linux. I can help you out of you need me too.

    Also, the words "cheap" and "VPS' don't go well together. You can have a cheap vps but it will probably be oversold and you'll get spikes of performance issues.

    Yea, I just want one that works well, but isn't really expensive.

    Where is a good place to find a windows Vps? Also, does your guide still work? http://www.sythe.org/runescape-cheating/1698014-aio-guide-botting-ubuntu-vps.html

    Is linux still necessary if using Ubuntu?

    Sorry if any of those are obvious, i'm a tad green about these things.

    Ubuntu is linux. There are many distrobutions of linux. Centos, Ubuntu, Debian, Red Hat, Linux Mint, Fedora, etc, etc...

    Yes the guide still works, and I don't mind helping you personally. I usually do it for donations, free or not :)

    I really like hudsonvalleyhost or Jon here on sythe. I have had VPS from many providers. You can use webhsotingtalk to find good deals.
