Reporting Guy #1 and guy #3 for account recovery!

Alright. Please bare with me because this is going to be realllly confusing and long and somewhat complicated. Please do not hesitate to ask me questions regarding anything you guys don't understand.


So In order to help explain this better I'm going to label everyone involved as Guy #1, #2, #3, and #4.

So what happened?

Few months ago I posted my personal pure for some 07 gp. Here is the link to that :

I got an offer from Guy #1. He wanted to trade this account of his:

He offered to do account trade, before I agreed to this I made sure to ask if he was the ORIGINAL owner. He said he had purchased the account from guy #3 and that he was still in contact with the original owner:

So by knowing this I immediately took precaution to this and put an agreement up front. The agreement was that IF the account was recovered Guy #1 will be RESPONSIBLE for it. He agreed with this. Here is the pic of that convo:



The trade was successfully completed. Here are the vouches exchanged:

After pking and making lots of money from the beast obby mauler, I eventually got bored of it, and decided to post it on sythe. I successfully Traded the account for 45m 07 to Guy #2. I made sure to make it CLEAR to guy #2 that the account was NOT originally mine.



Anyways A few days ago Guy #2 told me that the password has been changed.



So I contacted Guy #1. He told me that he couldn't do anything. He told me that he sold my g mauler to someone else, and he said he wouldn't refund either. He said I was responsible.



Now I'm a fair person. I felt like I had the right to recover my account that I traded to guy #1 since the other account was recovered, and I would refund Guy #2. However, my account has been sold to guy #4.

I don't want to recover my account because of guy #4. So what do I want now? I do not want the obby mauler anymore because it has been recovered. So I either want Guy #1 or Guy #3 to REFUND the recovered account (45m) to Guy #2. If this is not possible, I want Guy #1 to either pay 45m OR refund guy #4 and give me my account back I'm willing to refund Guy #2 in this case.
