Bored-Looking for work

Hi I go by w22, i worked at bigboibets for 6-7 months 40-60 hours a week for a total of 1500 hours, https://www.bigboibets.com//wages.php?time=2 .( Just as reference can remove if needed) Things didn't turn out the way i would have liked them to and I know that site is not well liked here so I am not really proving much. Point being I went from working more than full time to having nothing productive to do. I am putting applications IRL but in meantime I have the workstation I built for my live chat, and other various online tasks. Any suggestions on how to get work for rsgp.
Random post on a whim, but any suggestions would be appreciated.

You could post a resume and list your qualifications along with the jobs you're able to do.

Apply to temp agencies and labor halls, a lot of good jobs (not careers mind you but not minimum wage) actually hire through temps.

Look on Craigslist and similar pages as well, I'd focus first and foremost at getting a REAL job over an RS related one. You'll generally make a lot more as well as gain experience and potential references for your resume.

 

^^Yeah I had a really positive job interview at my local airline for like 9.50 an hour with benefit of free international flight. I was more than qualified and had a reference from two of their employees so i think I got it, but training doesn't start until june 4th, and only so much constructive stuff to do around the house. Thanks for the suggestion buddy^^.

I just hate that most of my skill set is not appropriate on traditional resume, and that I invested so much in a remote workstation.

 

Hopefully the job works out! I'd milk that free international flight for all its worth and take full advantage. Sounds like a real opportunity.

 

Yeah should be cool, meant free national if seats are available, but its like 20 bucks per 500 miles for first class international. I want to go to Japan.

 

what are you going to be doing at the airline specifically? that job sounds fucking awesome

 

Mostly loading planes, my friend does it he says its pretty chill just 30 minutes of hard work every couple of hours in between flights, be a good way to get in shape, and they had part time and full time positions open, just requires 24/7 availability. You can also get training to sell tickets and stuff like that after 6 months. Not looking to make a career of it or anything just something to occupy my time and make money with.

 

Free international flights? I'd take that in a second.

^^Made over 20 grand off rs past few years, some of it using this very forum. Actually now that I think of it I started here trying to sell ps3 for rsgp, and slowly saw the money in it. So whats your point?

 

RS3 trading is good tbh, not as good as it was but it works.
I have just bought myself a PS4 yesterday, from a few days of farming OSRS.

 

Yeah I just found about osbot's mirror mode, I only quit farming it because of ban rates that came into play a year ago. Probably going to try something small scale to test the waters.
