[WTB] Vote Bot Web Application/Windows App

I need a TopOfGames VoteBot. That would be running using proxy's. *Can include proxys, I can provide my own *
It must be able to open this direct site. (http://topofgames.com/index.php?do=votes&id=$SITEID), as well there is a CAPTCHA on the site, must be able to enter it, and hit okay, for the vote to go through
This process should be repeated as often as desired.
Program set a start and stop button feature, setting it able to automatic voting.
Normally, only every 6 hours each computer can be voted. But when using the Proxys it gets rid of this function.

Ich benötige ein TopOfGames VoteBot, der mich über Proxy's beliebig oft Voten lässt.
Es muss die Seite (http://topofgames.com/index.php?do=votes&id=$SITEID) geöffnet werden, danach der captcha ausgelesen werden und dann gevotet.
Dieser Vorgang soll beliebig oft wiederholt werden.
Programm Soll über einen Start und Stop Button verfügen, sowohl über eine Spalte für die $SITEID.
Normalerweise kann nur alle 6 Stunden je Computer gevotet werden.
Sollte für einen erfahrenen Programmierer kein großer Aufwand sein.
