Report on Won_Gold

So about a month or so ago i needed to sell 430M so i messaged won_gold confirmed it was them and all that jazz, i told them i would eat fees and cut them a great DEAL IF they took it all right now INSTANT. Won gold confirmed they would take it instantly, they said okay and agreed.

Note: i was only giving this deal because i said instantly right now and they agreed so thats why the deal was so low as i was ready right now as they said.

So after trading them the gold which is confirmed in the Skype logs *my osbuddy crashed*

they confirmed they got the gold and as it was said in Skype, and as i stood around waiting for over 30 mins after we agreed INSTANT they continued to blow me off and said to wait: not what we agreed to be done when we set the trade up, they prevented me from lining up other legitimate buyers and dumping this gold appropriately.

conversation with won_gold where you can see time stamps of me saying take instant and cutting the deal and them taking 30 mins+ to even collect let alone another half hour to pay me.

Handling this now, have private information and i'm sorting.

 

It's my understanding that both accounts are banned for RWT. This is understandable, and is nobody's "fault," or rather, responsibility.

The issue is that Won_gold has agreed as seen in this image to the full trade with immediate sale. This was because RageMyBank was giving a good bulk price, and the deal was for everything at once.

If the trade had been completed as agreed, RageMyBank would have gotten the cash for 130m, and may or may not have been banned for RWT.

RWT bans aside, Won_gold agreed to finish the deal, this loses RageMyBank out of 130m.

Won_gold has 48hrs to pay RageMyBank 130m OSRSGP, or the USD equivalent.

I will leave this open pending repayment.
Staff, if Won_Gold bumps any threads before replying to this issue, immediately ban.

 

This has been a long and complicated issue.
Won is confirmed to owe RageMyBank 130m, and has agreed to pay it.

After taking an obnoxious amount of time to repay, delaying, and maintaining activity on Sythe, i have banned Won_gold.

This ban can be downgraded to a TWC with full repayment. Closed.
