    Once the bitcoin is in my wallet, the person who sent to me cannot get it back in anyway correct? Not unless I send it right?

    The bitcoin network does not have a charge-back feature.

    However, if your wallet is stored on your PC someone could infiltrate your PC and have access to the wallet. So if you plan on moving large amounts of bitcoin you may want to consider storing your bitcoin with an exchange like coinbase.com (not recommended for long term storage) or just make sure your PC is secured.
