Ban Evader/Scammer Runezkape

I was thinking of purchasing the account Runezkape has posted under Mains here is the link.

after further investigation before proceeding to buy the account, i did an IP audit upon doing so i see he matched with a few people one of them being banned

now i know VPN's are commonly used but here is my case.

Same posting style, same interests, he tried to sell his "main account" back in September when it was still in the process of becoming the account it is today. which is this account here ->

now the reason i can link them together is.. what are the odds the users match and have similar stats on the game

now here's where they link, so not only is it an IP match, but the stats on both account listings have the same HUNTER and Woodcutting?

Also his old account its Stuarts98...

assuming 98 is the year he is born.. and his current Skype display name being "Stu" with his birthday on Skype displaying november, 27th 1998 i think it's safe to say he's evading/ known scammer.
