    creatine?

It's a pre-workout, I honestly prefer it over coffee (lol i used to drink coffee as a pwo) but it doesn't have an effect on me anymore and also, if you're buying one, buy the creatine monohydrate and not the flavor ones like celltech.

Bruh, do you even know what you're talking about? Not sure if you're just trying to put on some numbers on your post count by just saying random stuff.

    creatine?

Creatine is not caffiene, you shouldn't be comparing the two.
its not a replacement for pre-workout because pre-workout actually contains caffeine, beta alanine, aminos AND creatine, by no ways is it a replacement. Yes it does give a boost in energy and helps you heal but by no means is it a replacement for pre-workout.

    creatine?

I personally take 5g of creatine everyday after every workout. It won't make you a super human but it will help you with the last 1-2 reps. Makes you push harder and increase your lifts.

    creatine?

The only way that creatine is a pre workout is if you're taking it before your workout in that it is "pre-workout". It can help you get into the state of mind that you've taken your creatine and are about to go lift but there is literally 0 pwo effects in creatine. Ronskie, honestly never give advice to anyone man.

    creatine?

Timing means nothing when using creatine.AS someone mentioned above, it can only trick your mind.As creatine goes, it will increase your strength slightly, "power endurance".Also creatine will cause water retention in your muscles.

    creatine?

It may be true. There are people that dont see any differences while taking creatine. However majority of users benefit from it.IF your diet consists of enough creatine from natural sources, which is very rare, you dont need to supplement with it.Other group of people cannot absorb creatine efficiant enough.Anyways there is only one way to find out if its worth or not, just try it.

    creatine?

Good luck trying to source enough creatine naturally from foods. There is a reason it is engineered in a lab as opposed to harvested and that is because the amounts in meat and what-not is minimal.
