Mod Reach fired for misuse of JMod privileges

The said on Reddit it had nothing to do with that bug. We know nothing else. They are being close lipped about it.

 

I don't think we will ever find out the true reason Jagex fired him, we can only speculate from what we know.

No, they said it would be bad of them to release anything more, and it wouldn't be fair on Reach. It is also in the contract that they cannot release information like that. They told us he abused something, but they didn't say what, and they didn't say how.

 

The scum is still on it lol, look at gold prices. From 1.8eur/m to 1.4eur/m in 2 weeks. Seems legit. Btw, these are 1b+ selling prices. There is no way for them to assure it ever stopped... Way too careless company.

The bug did provide invincibility at duel arena, BUT you were forced logged out of runescape when your opponent died. This caused the match to result in a draw and both players would get back what they staked. On the other hard, you could be smart and do what I did and train the accounts at Pest control for a week and go to the duel arena with about 10m experience in unlogged stats.
