[WTB] Oldest age Steam account possible

Which I assume is 2003. Actual month and date don't matter.

Games don't matter either. If it has so many games that this actually affects the price in any great capacity, I don't want to buy it.

Ranks, hours played and all of that nonsense also don't matter to me.

I'll pay a competitive price for a very old "bare" account.

 

Actually you get 2003 bare accounts for 5$. The more expensive accounts are from 10-12th of September (3-5 digits).
