company logo paying $20 more depending on how great it is

Hey. I'm starting a oilfield company with my brother soon and I wanted to have a logo made up. I know exactly what I want and I'll let whoever messages me know and give them as good of an idea as I can. Depending on how good it is I may pay more and even use you and only you for all future designing work. (Shirt and hat layouts. stickers, ect) it's a big thing for oilfield companies to do stuff like that.
