Hey, just asking why does Playerauctions ask for picture of my credit card, drivers license and picture of me with my face holding both of cards in my hands?
I've already sent them picture of my billing adress and drivers license long time ago, but now there asking for more information?
I just don't feel safe sending picture of me holding two of maybe most important cards I have to somewhere internet.

 

very weird i have a playerauctions account and they never asked me, is there a reason why they asked you?

 

Well yeah, the reason is that I was buying GP. They didn't say that tho, but thats the reason.

 

all they asked me before was to have them call me and confirm the order but thats it,

 

Selling GP is easy and fine with +300 succesful orders I have, but now Im buying GP I have to go through all this shit? I don't really feel safe sending them that information, since I've already sent them before.

Edit: I E-mailed them asking about this, now they replied to my 2-year-old Email where I confirm my ID, billing adress etc. asking for me to provide them a pending order so they can double check? Double check what? What Order? I'm so confused right now...

 

yeah they are very unorganized, contact the playerauctions account they have on here and directly message the sythe account about your problem

Honestly playerauctions is a high risk community. They use skrillix which literally is a scam itself. Avoid playerauctions. I lost $200. Technically its still on their "pending" with skrillix. my bank actually called me and asked if someone stole my information because its such a high risk company.

 

Never send a full picture of your credit card. The only info they "need" is the last 4 digits on the front of the card, as these are visible on digital payments anyway.

As for ID, it's most likely to combat fraud. If you're earning/spending a large amount it is necessary and I agree with them completely.
