I'm definitely no scientist, but once I saw the Hal Puthoff video I think I understand the tl;dr of this. The tl;dr would be... this is about free/unlimited energy, the only thing is we have to tap into it.

If my understanding is correct, I highly doubt we'll ever see it any time soon. I'm not a conspiracy theorist by any means, but this is the only area of politics where the conspiracy theorists would be the most correct. I doubt some very wealthy/powerful people would want free/unlimited energy vehicles, products, to hit the market because it would equate to the end of their empire and who the hell knows what will become of such energy with other applications.

It's a truly intriguing topic.
