If you had a lot of vouches and were trusted, extremely trusted, you could look at $450-500.

However due to yourself having joined this month and have 1 post, you'd be looking at $200-250 if you were lucky.
It sounds low but it's because you're new here and not many people will want to give that much IRL money to someone who can easily recover the account without any potential loss.

 

If you were trusted I'd say $600-700, but tbh I don't think you'd get higher then 180-200. I think it would be very hard to sell in general. People would prefer paying more but having peace of mind about the safety.

How can accounts be recovered? I new there were a questions jagex used to ask for accounts like 6 yrs ago but now when i create an account it barely asks for my age.

 

Some people are clever and know how to recover accounts although i dont know how to , and was never intending on selling my account just wanted a valuation
