Why you think they are ban evading (just an IP audit match is NOT ENOUGH!:
Check his current sell thread and compare it others. Has upgraded hours a bit, but has same badges, same level, same bio on steam, same amount of screenshots, same achievement medals.
If you also look closely on his newer posts for the account, part of the insignia for the Global Elite is cut off and you can clearly see on his original posts, that you can see the whole GE insignia.

Idk how to check their IP's, but I am very sure, this is the same kid.

Look at the Global Elite insignia and you can see the full gold outline, but yet, on the new post, it is cut out. Pretty sure he did some sort of paint/photoshop and edited that part.

Also has a join date, just a couple days after Hemidagod was banned.
