    To supplement your vegetables try creating smoothies with spinach or kale in it! i was in the same boat and replaced one meal a deal with a green smoothie and it definitely helped!

    don't drink soda, drink more water, exercise more, eat less. it's really not hard to lose weight haha, just have to break some fattening habits like the soda. soda is the worst...

    Like some people have mentioned. There's no secret. You do it or you don't. Stop eating sugary foods, starchy foods, processed foods, etc etc. Then substitute them for healthier alternatives. The only product I'd recommend to lose weight is fiber, clean your gut out of all that nasty shit you've likely been eating. It'll help your body deal with food better and therefore manage your weight better. Health and weight are intertwined. Eat healthy, exercise and walla.

    eat rice and chicken for every meal except breakfast then you eat a banan or something for 1 month and your be fit .

    Drink water and when I mean drink water drink gallons of it a day and you will see results simply from that. Stay away from saturated fat is huge honestly, don't eat fried foods especially and keep sugar intake low. You don't have to eat vegetables, chicken is a really nice way to get your protein in and stuff. Try cutting up your vegetables and putting them in a soup or something with other flavors or a chicken soup with a lot of broth and you honestly probably will barely be able to taste the vegetables.

    Honestly its all about rationing out your diet and keep a bit physically active you don't have to become a gym rat simply to get in a better condition in your life.

    In laymans terms, laws of thermodynamics state:
    less going in, more going out = weight loss
    more going in, less going out = weight gain

    What and how you eat affects what kind of weight you lose. Remember, losing weight is different to losing fat.

    Im currently doing ketogenic (High fat, moderate protein, low carb) diet to get rid of the last few % of bodyfat. My energy levels are through the roof, I love the food I eat and Im burning FAT while maintaining muscle.

    Again, this diet helps control hunger symptoms associated with calorie deficit (headache, irritability, hunger etc..) IT IS NOT A MAGIC DIET. If I eat more than Im burning I still gain weight.

    This could work for you as there are minimal veggies involved.

    You don't need to eat vegetables to lose weight. You just need to eat less and don't eat ANY junk food, don't eat sugar and loads of fat. If you do this for a couple of years, train regularly and you will lose weight without much sweat.

    One tip is dont weigh urself often like once every 3 weeks or so cause if you keep weighing urself you wont see much of a change cause its very gradual and you will feel like nothing is happening and then just get annoyed and stop trying to reach your goal. Also something that helped me is if you get smaller plates. I know it sounds stupid but I would always eat like a plate of something but I still eat a plate of something but from a smaller plate and I still feel full so try it and see if it works.     Ive been having a smoothie and two eggs for breakfast . The smoothie consists of frozen fruits+veggies like strawberries, cherries, currants, spinach, and protein powder...and honestly dude it tastes really good and its healthy. You cant taste the spinach at all. The powder is the brand "Vega", and it comes in chocolate and vanilla, tastes just like a milkshake. Id recommend trying it.

    That along with staying active (not sitting for long period at a time) seems to be doing wonders. Ive been running in the mornings which has really boosted my confidence and energy. This summer, for me, is finding out what im capable of.

    Some people above mentioned that the only thing that matters is calories in vs calories out.Thats not true.Anyways first things first.

    Vegetables should play the big part of your diet.Why cant you eat them?have you tried talking with doctor, nutritionist?Is it something more serious than childish stubbornness?

    All diets have you eat veggies for two reasons.#1 it makes you full.#2 Its has lots of vitamins , that you will be likely not getting enough while on a diet.

    You have mentioned that you eat junk food, drink soda.In other words , you should fix your eating habits first, before diving in caloric deficit.Start eating healthy, unprocessed, whole food.When you will have your habits fixed, you can start playing around with calories.Find your maintainance levels and cut 300-500 from that number.This will be your starting point.Start weighting yourself.You should be losing 1 pound per week, however you can aim for 2lbs/week.IF you stop losing weight, just reduce caloric intake, however keep your fat/protein/carbs precentage the same.I recommend 40/30/30 ratio of protein/carbs/fat.You can increase carbs and decrease fat on workout days and vica versa on rest days.

    The purpose of adding vegetables to a diet is the fact that most of them are extremely low in calories and good sources of vitamins. The bonus purpose is that they can be used to fill someone up and since they are low in calories they can be eaten in big amounts without repercussion.

    However, as some people claim here, they are NOT neccessary. I am currently cutting my calories and most of my meals do not include vegetables.

    Weight loss is simple, calories in, calories out. If your body burns 3000 calories automatically throughout the day, just eat 2400-2500 calories a day and you WILL lose weight. These calories can come from any source such as proteins, fat, carbohydrates, sugar, etc. The reason people recomend to eat healthier foods when dieting is because generally healthier food fills you up more than let's say a cupcake.

    An example could be a slice of pizza with 500 calories or 3 chicken breasts, what would fill you out more?

    If you are 250 lbs then you are definitely overweight, however if you follow what I just said you will lose that fat at an incredibly fast rate, and if you add cardio even faster. You do not need vegetables.

    You say you don't like vegetables. Do you mean you hate ALL veggies?
    Cause I'm not really a big fan of greens either but I singled out the ones I do like and I just smash that one everyday :) ie. I ate Brown Rice + Eggs w/ Minced Chicken + Broccoli for 6 months straight (had no other meals whatsoever, except Oatmeal and Protein in the morning) when I was making a turning point in my diet. Managed to go 78kg to 68kg.
    Overall, the process was very boring and depressing so upto you if you would like to deal with that kind of emotion for however long you plan to :)
    Just believe bro.
