    Dictionarys Are Useful

Dictionarys Are Useful! Or Maybe Not??
Just Wondering What Is With Everyone And Saying "Oh! No! My Account Got Hacked" Or "My Mail Account Got Hacked"?

I Really Find It Annoying The Fact That People Like To Use The Word Hack!
Why Cant You Admit You Were Stupid Enough To Have Some Tard Password That Just 'Happened'(Having It As Your Name Reversed Is Pretty Stupid Too) To Be The Same As Your Username Etc.
Can You Please Use The Word Stolen Or Something Instead??
Or Are You Too Afraid To Admit That The Password "purple" Was A Bad Idea?
It Also Pays Too (As Stated On The RS Website) Have Recovery Questions That Are Not Related To Your Personal Details.
As For MSN DO NOT Have A Question Such As "Favourite Fictional Character?" Or "First Car?" As The Common Answers To Those Are "Harry Potter" Or "Holden"(Because Ford Sucks).
If You Are Like Me And Are Pretty Sure You Aint Gonna Forget Your Password Then Just Fill In Those Answers With Random Characters Or Something.

As For Passwords Try And Have A Password That Is NOT An Actual Word As They Are Generaly very Easy To Guess. When Creating A Password Think Of It Like This:

There Are 60,000 Words In The English Dictionary Under Half Of Which Are Nouns. Nouns Are The Most Common Passwords.

In An Average Password There Should Be 7 Characters.
If They Are All In Lower Case Letters Etc "abcdefg" Then There Are...

    26×26×26×26×26×26×26 = 8031810176 Diferent Combinations

If The Password Is A Mixture Of Caps And Lowercase Etc "abCdEfG" Then There Are...

    52×52×52×52×52×52×52 = 16063620352 Diferent Combinations

If The Password Has Numbers In It Also Then There Are...

    61×61×61×61×61×61×61 = 3142742836021 Diferent Combinations

Now If You Take Advantage Of The 255 Ascii Characters Then

    255^7 = 70110209207109375

If You Take Advantage Of A Strong Password Then The Chances Of Someone Guessing Slims It Right Down Huh?

Now What Is Better A 1 In 3142742836021 Chance Or A 1 In 25000 Chance Of Someone Guessing Your Password?
Please Be Sure To Use This As A Guide When Creating Passwords!

(I Realise I Type Every Word In A Capital, But This Also Helps Identify Me. So Dont Try And Be Captain Obvious!)

Every password I have used is a title of a book. And I finish with numbers that have a meaning to me, but to no one else.

EDIT: Sorry I didn't see where it said you posted every word starting with a capital.

This is true. Every word I have used as a password is a combination of 2 or more words followed by numbers. Password never stolen until I got a Keylogger.

P.S. If you know you have a Keylogger and can't get rid of it, use the Onscreen Keyboard located in the Accessories.

Although keyloggers record what you type, they also take pictures.

I agree. My passwords are hidden in my head where no one can read them...They are also usally 15 to 20 characters long! :)

    Pictures XD.

They record every key you press...Thats why they are called "Key - Loggers"! Records every key you type and puts it in a file
