Making a new account?

So, previously I had an account called midden. I decided to go through the 2 step verification just to be careful. Well, sadly enough I had the code written down on my computer, and my phone. Which both got messed up around the same time. I've tried doing a recovery for it, but i've been told there isn't enough info to give to recover it.
I wanted to make sure it is alright for me to make a new account and was wondering if maybe it could be deleted or if I cannot make a new one at all?
If anything I could try again with recovering it, but more then likely no luck again.

 

As long as the account isn't banned you can create another.
