Fix the memory leak please.

 

There's no memory leak, I run my scripts 247, it's the script

 

This. My bots ran for ~90 hours non-stop last weekend since it was a long weekend and I can tell you my CPU and RAM did not increase at all. You either have something setup wrong somewhere or the script you are using is wasting resources somewhere. :S

 

I used to be able to run my scripts for such times aswell.
There is nothing wrong with my scripts, I am 100% sure of that, since I copied the code and changed it to fit the API of another bot.
Guess what, it was able to run for as long as I'd like it to run.
After three hours of use of TopBot, of literally ANY script, I get a OutOfMemory Error.
This only happens on my Linux VPS's though, when I run it on my Windows laptop, everything seems to be working fine.

TopBot still remains as my favourite bot though, just extended my VIP again
I suggest you guys to look into this problem, since some other users are experiencng exactly the same thing.

 

What java version did you use? Official java or openjdk?

 

Now that you mention it, the problem probably started arising when I updated my Java from 7 to 8.
I use the official Java.

 

The official Java on Linux is kind of bad. Try using something called "OpenJDK".
