    such as logging out for a couple of hours and logging back in?

    Yes, there is plenty of them. Sadly on many clients you would have to pay to become an Premium Member to be able to use these features, but it's defintly worth the small payment to avoid getting banned early.

    Yes, most of the botting clients do have a breaking system(most require you to have a subscription to them though to use this feature).

    I do not know all bots, so do not crucify me for leaving yours out:

    Built-in breaking systems:
    TRiBot
    TopBot
    OSBot(I don't this one has a scheduling break system, just set your playtime and break time and it repeats with user defined variance)
    DreamBot
    HydraBot

    As far as I know, many (if not all..) clients allow breaking for free..

    I myself dont use "Breaks" I just let my account get botted for 6hours and it logs by it self (so far i am at 51-50-57 from scratch been botting for 3days 6hours/day on f2p worlds!)
    I use Tribot and the script I use is a Premium one which has been working good so far 1Banned account of 6Accounts being botted.

    Is the "brake" feature to slow your progress ;)

    Almost all bots have a breaking mechanism though :)

    DreamBot does this well, we also have short term (peeing, eating, etc) and long term (sleeping, school) and you can add as many as you'd like.
