Anyone know how to program Dragon 12 Board? C programming

Hello, I have a project involving the Dragon 12 dev board and interfacing with some hardware, uses C programming. It really isnt too difficult i've just coasted through the class. I currently have a great job lined up as long as I pass all my classes and graduate this semester so I could definitely reward any help I get. Please send me a PM if you know this stuff. Thanks
