He was okay with paying through paypal until I told him to put "I have received the item I purchased. this payment is being made after I received my purchase.
I hereby declare that this has been a successful trade, and I will under no circumstances charge-back this payment" in the note section.

So, he was fine with it when he thought he could get his money back on paypal. then randomly decides to change his mind last second when I ensure that he wont be able to?


Not to mention, I've been trying to deal with him for 3 hours now. almost 4. he told me "brb 5" and comes back 2 hours later. MY friend is pissed off with ME because of this kid running us in circle for fucking hours. we sat there waiting and waiting and waiting, and just.. nothing. then finally he said "ok im there on paypal" and then we just heard nothing back from him. yet again.


Kid is a scammer. He has no reason to bail on this, other than he wouldn't get his money back through paypal like he had planned
