I cant eat

I haven't eaten in over 36 hours, the only thing I've had throughout the time of not eating is 3 cups of coffee (two yesterday and one this morning), and a slushee from a gas station. I've been depressed about something and I feel like that's the cause of not eating. I'm starting to feel weak and light headed from this, but every time I grab a piece of food, I put it back because my appetite is lost.

 

Could always try seeing if opting for your "Favorite" food will help break through this mental block regardless of how junk it could be.

 

eat chocolate to sweeten your mood. I did that once when I was angry and me and it made me feel much better

 

I have heard that special herb gives you a good appetite, people tend to smoke it and even bake cakes and add the herb to it. But unfortunately it's illegal in most countries :'( .

 

If this continues, seek medical help immediately!

Going this long without eating is having SERIOUS effects on your health. At the very least, go to the doctors.

 

You can still force it down if your appetite is lost, I dont see the problem.
Try food in liquid format like soup or porridge.

 

Went with some friends and tried, still nothing.

 

For lack of a better term, harden the fuck up. Even if you aren't hungry at all there is always a little bit you can stomach. If the fact that a troll thread made by Xeroshadow doesn't let you know how silly this thread is then I don't know what will, stop being so melodramatic.

 

maybe you didn't smoke enough?

Force yourself to eat. I had the same problem when taking medication on an empty stomach. I couldn't eat anything even when I was starving. After forcing myself to eat, the sensation of a loss appetite quickly depleted, and my stomach was balanced again.

 

force it into you, its the only way.

i know your exact position. there was a time i only ate chips from time to time just to kill the hunger urge, not to actually feed myself.

just force a good meal down the hatch and you'll feel better. consider it work

 

Don't give advice to people who are suffering from depression, it's not your thing.
If you really want to help them, then just close this thread and go somewhere else.
