Blades RS3 HCIM [Legit]

I've always been really into the idea of the ironman mode, I loved dungeoneering, which is basically instanced ironman. Finally decided to make my own while afking runespan on my main. Will update regularly.

Spoiler: Day 1

Waterfall quest complete, joined ironman clan, bought membs. Was grinding the cash for a 2h from shop but i'm too tired atm, more tomorrow!

Wasn't on a ton today, just working on some base stats at this point. Preparing for dungeoneering, I'll need to get smithing up for that.
I'm not doing mage because my main is currently a mage/tank, and i've never really had a chance to do melee. Also, it's much easier to acquire melee armour than magic on ironman mode.

Was barely on today, did a daily, tad bit of smithing and two dung floors, was busy most of the day. Did a quest in the morn as well.

Missed a day, did too much to write about. Will be doing weekly soon. Did tons of afk'ing fishing while playing lig, and starting at the "all skills 10, 20, 30" etc. Trying to get fishing, and then quests, and agility for barbarian fishing as a short term goal. Will also start mega-afking runespan playing lig, as I'll probably start maining magic soon and my goal is the 90 rc staff. Everything else takes ages to obtain as far as magic gear.

Well, I went home so I lost a lot of xp ): I'll be doing weekly updates from now on.
Latest plan:
20 crafting for spider silk gear (did observatory quest for this)
kill spiders and craft hides - sell at gen store for $$
kill spiders with quickbow until 40 range
Complete temple of ikov for fletch xp to the point of above oaks, so I can powerfletch without running from tree to tree.
Grind fletching hardcore for dungeoneering
Will be maining magic after that.

Also, I'm no longer playing my main, this is too fun.

Guess i'm updating this on Tuesdays. I've been playing league while training a lot, god ranged and thief for temple of ikov, for fletch, for dung, for staves, for magic, for bonecrusher.
When i play league i do afk things that aren't the best for xp, or runespan, hence the unreasonable rc level for my total.

I've made a good amount of progress. Currently:
Farming! finally... and preparing for herblore. grinding bonecrusher first dh reward. Getting 55 mage for high alching carapiece, train mage/def and camp iron drags for addy/rune hatchet for afk wc/fletching for high level staves in daemonheim.

Well, I'm still loving it. First, I'll add my equipment. A bit of a mess, but as you'll see that is indeed god cape/staff on a HCIM. Heart was pounding being in the wildy, that's for sure.


As for skills, I've been questing, running temple trekking and working deep into the myreque series. Quite enjoying everything, and can't wait to get working on my long term goals!

Just finished throne of misc. I was always planning on getting Branches of Darkmeyer done for T70 staff, but looking at those requirements, I think it's another one of RS's fucked tier systems. I'll most likely go for ahrims or just skip to chaotic staff.
I really should start training summoning.

On my way to Branches of Darkmeyer. Changed my mind and I think it's worth going back. Doing agility via tuska everyday and afking others when I feel the need, still loving it.

I quit for quite a long time, and I've been back. I guess I'll finally update this thread not going to go with time anymore because I've lost track.

Doing branches today. Mep2 done. Working on 90 rc for PoP slowly.

It appears I owe you guys an update! I've been playing daily for a few weeks now after not playing at all during the holidays. I went and bought the Gold Premier package as well.

I've just (5 minutes ago!) completed The World Wakes, very scary! Didn't die, and kept my red skull. Also, between updates I lost a life to a glitch during branches.
Goals next are to get dragon rider amulet shortly, finish up 74 summoning this week for that quest, use my new korasi's and jessika's to destroy some frosts, and get into priff!
After that, bossing will be up shortly. Going for t70 milestone soon! Having a blast.

I play off and on. I suicided my hc in the wildy, there are too many pvm bugs and you lose all of your gear.

Picked it up pretty hard again.

I think the mode is awesome, personally. Adds some achievement, and makes it impossible to have the urge to cheat.

Cba with slayer atm I'm doing a lot of afk things while I play league. Fletch soon, but doing runespan or fishing now. It's fairly easy to tab out and click another node.

So, you can't trade other players/pick up loot? Is it an official thing like on 07, where your account is locked into that mode, so even if you wanted to pick/trade, you can't?

 

When you gonna get max cape?!

 

Yup, it's not a self-decision to pick up items. Can't trade, pick up others' loot, play multiplayer minigames, use many forms of bonus xp, use treasure hunter, buy p2w things from sgs. It's "rs3 at its purest form" and i absolutely love it.

If I keep loving the game like I am now, it's actually a possibility! Probably in a couple of years.
