USPS messing up

So in general I live in NYC and a package(from china) came to flushing which is 30 mins from my house. I thought it would deliver to my local post office but instead to went all the way to California. Did this generally ever happen to someone? its pissing me off on how they're messing up the delivery and I even called their customer support service and they said they can't guarantee the delivery date.I'd like to hear some people who also had to go thru this and when is my delivery going to come?

 

USPS are fucking stupid I had something sent from NY go to mesquite Texas (about 1.5 hours away from final destination) go to Kansas before it made it to me.

Something about processing, didn't make sense to me either granted Kansas isn't literally on the other side of the country.

 

USPS is terrible. I lost a few packages through them with no avail. I intentionally make sure my orders weigh above a certain amount so that UPS delivers it as I never had any problem with them. I also live in New York.

 

when you tracked it, what did it say? I don't want to lose my packet

I had a package shipped from Razer...... They sent it through the slowest fucking method they could it seems.

I finally got it about a month and a half after it was originally shipped.

 

Delivered. Never got it though. Happened to me twice.

 

Happen to me with the whole fedex/usps local delivery they have going on. (I also love in NYC) package from California got to Texas and went back to California before getting to me. I called and spoke to a supervisor at USPS and was told the package never went to Texas, it was just a system error. The package took the normal 5 days to get to me so I actually do believe it was a system error......

USPS sucks, FedEx sucks too. I always use UPS and try very hard to avoid using anything else.

Edit: UPS also has this local pickup thing going on where they will deliver my package to the corner store a block from me if I was unavailable and I can go there and get it. Very convenient since the store is 24 hours.

 

NUSPS lost Rob Dahm's 4 rotor engine like a month ago and haven't found it.. that's a custom engine worth around 35 thousand dollars and has a wait period of around 6 months to build you one.

 

USPS in Ontario has been good for me. Placed orders with memoryexpress and came within a week to week and a half.

 

I find that hard to believe considering its the UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE, but that's none of my business.

I've used USPS and never had any problems with their service. Perhaps you just got unlucky... every mail courier is YMMV...

 

USPS has very bad reviews, I have never gone with them because of all the negative comments I have heard. Stick to UPS!!

never had a problem with them,. but then again my aunt has worked with the usps for over 30 years, and always handles my shipping for me.
