    looking to buy a pair of headphones, need help.
    Essentially beats are $30 worth of quality headphone and an additional $70-200 in branding. They aren't actually bad headphones, considering most people go through their lives with iphone earbuds. You can get similar quality headphones in the under $50 range.

    They seem relatively new and relatively high-end... Most of the people here will not have the experience with those sorts of headphones. Someone already suggested the answer - head over to head-fi.org for a more definitive answer.
