Requesting Pardon for Vlad-da-vamp

Dear Sythe Staff,

I would like to add my humble opinion into the matter regarding the issue with Vlad-da-vamp's ban, which can be found here:

I have known the kid since 2007 and all I know is he has a passion for Runescape and the community of Sythe, for the sheer nostalgic pleasure rather than for any monetary purposes. I talk to this guy every day over Facebook as I have stopped playing myself due to life, and he wouldn't hurt a fly. And the fact that he is putting so much legitimate effort into getting his account back as opposed to making himself a new one and self-vouching like all the other scammers that get replies on the Pardon forum shows that he deserves at least recognition and a reply.
