Unwarranted Ban

I was told to make another post here. I'll make this quick.

I was scammed from another user here with a decent amount of vouches and such yesterday for a decent amount - $160 CAD. I made a report, gave sufficient evidence, at the end of the report hinted at the fact that I was ddosing the guy. Admittedly, I was. I was pretty upset, more over the fact that I had invested a lot of time to talking to the guy, seemed normal, nice, and upset over my own stupidity. Not going to say I regret ddosing him, he very much deserved it. However, someone made a "report" against me for the fact that I hinted I was ddosing the guy. I added the kid on Skype, said he deserved it, and some other things that were over the top, and I was banned for a week I think. After that I made a stupid dispute, issuing the same threats to the guy. I do apologize for this and wasting the moderators time, it happened right after the scam and it made me even angrier that I was being punished and the guy who stole from me wasn't.

I don't think a perm ban is warranted, or necessary. I am not a bad person, I am not a bad member of this community and it also affects my business which I have setup here. I would appreciate the ban put back to what it originally was, or removed completely. I am obviously not going to do what I said I would do, and those words shouldn't be taken seriously at all. I was tilted beyond belief.

 

Need to know who you are. If it was only DDoS threats/DDoS, i believe our new rule would have you unbanned.
