Vouch! Sold me 07 gold mutilple times

 

Really inconvenient to buy off him. I requested to buy $2.1/m for $180 worth. He said alright but would only use an OMM, and i'd pay for the fees. So I said okay and found one to which he said he only was willing to sell 57m 07, but had enough to sell me the amount I initially wanted. So I said fine but I was unhappy I wasn't getting the full amount we initially agreed on. On top of this he now said the price was $2.2/m because another seller came and took it all at $2.1/M (in a matter of 2mins? k?). I wasted so much time just to try to buy some 07 and it didn't work out.

I've already paid and still waiting for my money to receive. I gave you instructions on Skype + proof of pay, if i haven't received the money within 24h. I'll take steps to a dispute.

Edit: seller is claiming not having received the money, knows of this issue and tries to calm me down by saying he's had this before. Well I never had this before.
