in need of Mod Admin or Staff in general

Hey guys long story short i tried to log into my acc today that i bought a few days ago i sent in recovery and everything to jagex, and i end up just bored looking at cool accounts here on sythe, i came across this post

literally has the exact same stats for the ones not blured obviously, same total level etc, it just seems too much of a coincidence for it to be a legitmate account, is there anyway someone can look into this and tell me whats going on? i can prove everything on my end and am willing to communicate and cooperate fully to see whats going on
