Peso New Account creation please!

I was trying to get an old account back Named Flexability that was banned scamming by a skype conversation and a Paypal that wasn't even mine(i will link one skype conversation just check out the things around it like the status or whatever and read what it says... Obviously a fake). SO i would like to request a new account named Peso. I appreciate your time reading this and would appreciate it even more if you would create the account for me I have other accounts on this IP address i know but i know they should never come in contact with each other. Thank you.

You cannot ignore a Sythe ban, and request a new account. This is ban evading, a perm ban offence.
Please post your sythe username, why you were banned and why you feel this ban was given in error.
