I should have known something was up when I saw a freezer full of a literally brand spanking new item on clearance. I'm not sure what happened, but I doubt it affected my experience. I bought these on two different trips.

Price paid: $1.75 (clearance) and $3.48.



Clearance new pizza rolls? Well I was going to review them anyways.



Cheddar crust? Sounds amazing, right?

So the first one I tried was the ranch pizza rolls. The bag and the rolls smell like a foul, foul ranch. It is one strong smell. The pizza rolls are really sticky and nasty, which is not something I experienced with other flavored frozen products ( http://www.sythe.org/spam-forum/172...-shell-shockers-fiery-hot-jalapeno-ranch.html )

I was looking for a Dorito's type of seasoning, and I found something way, way off. I've never actually had plain ranch, but I can imagine that this is not what it tastes like.

As for the cheddar rolls, I was hoping they would redeem the product. Nope. Sticky, smell odd, weird texture when you bite into them, and awful flavor. I'd get the original pizza rolls any day over these.

I have no plans to try out any of their new flavor-blasted crusts that they have released and are going to release (as you can see, they might plan to make something spicy).

At least they have their party pizzas going for them (which stopped having Trans. Fat* a year or two ago, good for them. *May still have PHO's, I don't remember).

0/5. These have been sitting in my freezer for a few months now. I don't want to throw them away. It was bad enough eating six of each flavor.

I haven't looked these up, so I'm not sure if there are people out there loving this, but this is the worst item I've had in a while.

stuff that go on clearance aren't usually good. they go on clearance because no one buys them and the expiration comes closer so they need to sell them asap because they have new ones coming in

 

It was literally the first time I saw it in stores and I know for a fact it had just came out. Weird that a new item was on clearance. I thought someone made a mistake. Maybe it was left out of the freezer for some time?

Regardless, I don't think it affected the flavor.
