Scammed by Player Auctions ! Please Help

So I bought 15M 07 GP For 38.51 USD using Skrill guest (stupidly didnt make an account)

After a phone call from compliance, the transaction showed in my PA panel as Payment Failed. and order was closed.

However I received a mail from Skrill saying my debit card was charged 38.51 USD

After numerous talks with live support, they told me that the transaction had never gone through,which i doubted as I had recieved a mail from skrill that stated:

You have successfully made a payment of USD 38.51 to Titan Global Limited. (I assume Titan Global is PA)

Nevertheless I did what livesupport told me to and contacted my bank and skrill.. but they told me that the transaction was successfull and I had been charged...




PA says "MJ CS: You need to check it with your payment institution for further assistance." WTF i did already my bank/skrill is NOT WRONG

They sent me a payment reference number to help seller locate payment which i showed to PA live support.. They still havent refunded me ?? what should i Do?? please help..


UPDATE: have checked and its been over 10 days now. the bank and skrill said the payment has gone through. PA customer support is still ignoring me. WHat do I do?

It's probably a deposit sort of thing. I'd wait a day or two and see if it comes back in your account. Considering it went through skrill, they probably charged it first, then it didn't get accepted through player auctions from them. Either way, if it's not back in a few days, call skrill, and your bank again and explain the situation. They're not out to scam anyone, especially for 40 dollars.

 

It's always a pending payment until PA confirms it. Wait a few business days for a refund before you jump to conclusions.

PA is a great website I use all the time. But their support is absolutely horrible

 

I agree.
They have admitted to me there is nothing they can do if an account seller recovers an account and wont work with them.
You're better off buying from trusted members on sythe!

I'd advise against using Player auctions. I was in a huge argument with them a couple years ago after a seller scammed me, and I had valid proof of him doing so.

They still sided with the seller quoting their fabricated percentage of scams that happen and banned my account after I started linking them to other reports from the internet of similar cases.

I ended up explaining the entire story to my bank with an organized presentation and they refunded all my money. (Over $1,500)

Skrill sucks.
PA support sucks.
They're slow as fuck.
Don't use PA at all imo.

If I wanted to get scammed I'd buy a maxed main from a guy with 1 post.
