Question about botting

Hey, sorry for the shitpost. Kinda just got back into this game after like 10 years, I'm no longer 14 though, so can't really grind like I used to. Wondering what the most effective/safest bot is, and if it's even worth it attempting to bot on your main account nowdays or if the ban% is pretty high?

Mostly interested in a bot that will train my combat levels, but if it's not safe to bot on your main at the moment, I am most interested in a bot that can make decent money.

 

You can use a bot that is grow to be big, now its your chance to use Hydrabot on main but MAKE sure you baby sit and dont bot longer than 3 hours with out breaks and you'll be fine. Hydrabot.net has a good fighter, woodcutting( auto dectects trees) and flaxing and a few more atm.

 

Hydrabot is poorly coded and false antiban ideals, might aswell go for one who has a slight idea of what they're doing such as topbot, tribot etc however even those probably won't be worth using on your main.

I wouldn't recommend botting on accounts that you care about. Bans are pretty high ATM.

If you do decide to bot I think TopBot is the best ATM.

 

I would never trust a free service. Or a service that is $8/month. Where are the premium botting sites? $20+/month.

 

Okay, so what is the most effective way to make money at the moment with botting?

 

Do I have to buy the sub for a month, and then buy each individual script on top of that?

 

The highest price for a monthly subscription ATM is $9.99 per month I believe. Expensive != quality though.

There's lots. You could write a 100 page essay on the art of goldfarming. Nobody is going to feed you the methods that make them thousands though. You have to take the time to find and experiment with different methods if you want to make good money.

The subscription to TopBot allows you to use Proxies, Breaks and whatever scripts are labeled Premium on the SDN. There are also paid scripts made by individual scripters that they sell.

 

Is it worth it to get the subscription? Or just use the individual scripts. Unless the subscription is necessary.

TBH bans are generally higher based on activities so just don't do something that lots of people are saying they're being banned for.

 

Proxy support should be easy to do outside of the client not that it matters anyways because it's useless, and your better off making your own scripts. For gold farming you probably won't have luck finding scripts as most people would rather keep them private to farm with.

 

What do you mean finding scripts? Gold farming I would imagine would be mainly the method that people keep hidden. But there must be a decent way to make money that is more common knowledge, afterall, it's runescape, it's not like there's that many hidden methods to it. I'm just asking one of the better ways to farm gold.

 

Everyone seems to be doing blast furnace, might aswell join the wagon.

Botting doesn't really seem worth it in this game anymore, at all. Doesn't seem like there are any decent bots with a decent anti ban, because everyone complains about bans even botting smart. And no one is suggesting any other bots.

 

That's because there is no other decent bot, antiban is an illusion as bot bans are not pattern based (my educated guess through testing). Find a bot that's coded some what decent; topbot, tribot maybe runemate write a script and pop it on your accounts. Obviously when gold farming start off as f2p the first rule to gold farming is to not waste IRL money so make that gp as a f2p to get p2p

 

There are people making thousands of dollars a month. It's worth it if you put the time into learning to adapt to the new ways of botting.

That's not true 100% true. If you know what you're doing it's definitely worth it to invest money when you get cleaned. Botting F2P is a waste of time.
