Pyro was the first one, got banned, Epic Fail showed up and went inactive and then it seems he had another one that got deleted. Manpon showed up well after Epic Fail went inactive, not sure how much of a gap there was since i'm not sure how long the deleted profile was around for.

He also has an IP match with another banned profile using the Epic Fail alias, a completely separate IP but you can tell it's also him given the same alias:
