Scammed 38m Osrs gp By makatwin???

Trades going completely smooth guy has 10+ vouches on PA For selling accounts seemed reasonable.. ends up claiming he changed the details to what I had wanted but am still unable to log into this account.. immediately logged out of scythe + Skype pretty sure im being scammed.

EDIT: Most definitely scammed me was able to create a new account with the email he provided...

Explanation of the trade: Was suppose to sell me the account listed here (http://www.sythe.org/runescape-2007...at-almost-maxed-str-full-quested-4osrsgp.html) In exchange for 38m osrs gp.
How they scammed: I gave him the 38m first without any information up front he claimed to have multiple vouches on PA and didn't want to use PA because we were exchanging for OSRS gold rather than PP or credit cards.
