    The 2 vouches that he has for swapping are from users who created their accounts today.

    Highly unlikely that he would be used for swapping as he is doing the same rates as some big swappers (50M 07 --> 400M Rs3?)

    Also unlikely that anyone would go first to him when he only has 1 post.
