Looking to borrow a RS3 account

I was banned in 2010 for botting on my main and am now looking to once again start playing the game but I dont want to start at lvl 3 again. I am willing to train the account and gain my own wealth on the account but I just want to play the game so badly.
I wont use any gp prior on the account but gain my own wealth to use.
P.S to anyone who doesnt trust me I am a long time sythe member and have my own graphics shop so taking your account loses me money in the long term!

I'd say to either buy an account, or try to rent someones else's account to see if you're actually willing to buying an account in the first place.
