Is this recoverable?

I bought an account on PA and haggled with the seller to also give me the email account as part of the trade along with recoveries.

He posted in his offer he was going to give it with the account so it could be in writing.

Is it possible for him to recover it without the original email login account?

Would I be able to recover it with the email which is same as email login should something happen? (the recoveries he gave me look empty and useless)
