Buying OSRS Account

Hello, I am looking to buy a OSRS account that has 70+ attack, 70+ str, and 70+ def. I am looking for accounts with primarily these stats or something close. I would be willing to do PP cash or I have a few things to offer.

First offer - I have a RS3 account that is lvl 115 CB with 88 mining, 99 mage, 90 def, and 94 range. This account is able to make money mining rune or mage boxing cuz of the 99 mage and 90 def. This account is also a good venge / range account and would be able to be made into a full blown main.

Second offer - I have a WoW account that has a level 100 mage with lvl 640ish gear. It has around half of the arena gear and the other half pvp gear. The professions are maxed and it also has 90k gold. Also, the WoW account has a lvl 85 death knight, 85 druid, and 79 rogue, all of which are right around the corner from lvl 100! This game is very fun and yes I am the original owner.
