Is it possible to get an account unbanned for Macro?

The account didn't even pass tutorial island nor gain any skills, Is there any way to get it unbanned?



Any help/advise/past experiences would be much appreciated.

 

It's going to be really hard to just "get your account unbanned" Jagex used to be cool about it, but now every bot ban remains permanent regardless. You can try asking Jagex at Runefest, i've heard that some people have gotten their accounts unbanned trying that.

 

i dont think so i have had one banned for 2 yrs now my poor comp cape account with blue phat. jagex dont even look at macro bans

Jagex doesn't even read macro ban appeals 99% of the time, according to a friend of mine (ex Jagex employee)

 

Highly doubt it i have had a lot of accounts banned they use to but now they don't care

 

More chance than getting unbanned for bug abuse or acc hijack, that's for sure.

 

Still wondering how you got banned without getting past tutorial island though.

Never, i have tried emailing them on multiple occasions and have never got a response!

Use the account help one.
Write formal english, explain the situation and ask nicely for an unban.
You should get a response within a day or 2.
